iXPRESS will handle the distribution of reception invitations, monthly invoices, brochures and any other bulk items. The delivery schedule is agreed upon with the customer depending on the number of items and the timeline.
MAIL BAG SERVICES
iXPRESS will pickup mails or mail bags from all corporate and bank branches and deliver them to the head quarter or any designated location.
REGULAR SERVICE
Shipments are picked up and delivered within the 48 hours in all major cities and country wide.
HOURLY SERVICES
We offer 6:00 hrs/12:00 hrs Service/18:00 hrs Service /24:00 hrs Services. Shipments are picked up and delivered within 6/12/18/24 hours of the customers call. Applies to major cities in which iXPRESS has local offices.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
A completely integrated information and communication technology infrastructure connects iXPRESS's countrywide operations, enabling a seamless flow of information between iXPRESS and its alliance members and customers by Web Tracking, SMS Tracking, Return Service (Consignee not found), Address Correction, Marketing Campaign (Mail Shot)
DOCUMENT RETURN SERVICE
The iXPRESS courier will wait for the document to be signed and then return it back to the shipper as recorded and agreed.
CASH ON DELIVERY - COD
iXPRESS will take care of all the customer delivery needs and will make sure to collect the full value of the sold goods, leaving the customer free to concentrate on selling and marketing his/her product.
