China Post has made its own autonomous delivery robot

An autonomous delivery vehicle with 30 package slots can carry a maximum weight of 200 kg and operate in all weather conditions. Fully loaded with parcels, automated-delivery vehicles can travel up to 15 kph along roads. Customers receive a call and a text message with a pick-up code 10 minutes ahead of their parcel's arrival. WUHAN, Sept. 9 China Post, has expanded into the exciting world of smart courier deliveries.

Wish launches small parcel delivery service

WishPost Smart Parcel will allow shippers who don’t sell on the e-commerce platform to use its logistics capabilities. The WishPost Smart Parcel service taps into Wish’s network of third-party carriers covering first mile, international linehaul, customs brokerage and last-mile delivery needs. In its initial phase, it will support shipments originating from China to key destinations such as the U.S., France, Japan and the U.K.
